- We distribute book donations from charitable organizations such as Literacy Abbotsford, Read On Canada and First Book Canada, to communities in Burnaby.
- We host clear language and design workshops conducted by experts in the field for the members of the Burnaby Inter-Agency Council and other nonprofit organizations, in order to improve their ability to engage with the public.
- We provide public outreach assistance to partner organizations such as the Burnaby Neighbourhood House, Frontier College and the Burnaby Early Childhood Development Table.
