Literacy Now Burnaby held two successful book booths last week! These were a part of the Burnaby Neighbourhood House events, which recognized Neighbourhood House Week. Our booths at the South House (May 6) and at the North House (May 9) encouraged community members to take home free books and to find new stories. It was great to see the little ones excitedly pick out books to start their reading adventures! Keep an eye out for future book booths — we hope to see you soon!
